KUANTAN |
A group of 13 retirees, who always do things together, struck gold together after they won the first prize ticket of Big Sweep Super 7.

The retirees, who bought the ticket with the number 3728431 in Seremban, were at the headquarters of Big Sweep to claim their RM1mil just before the government imposed the movement control order (MCO).

“They started to buy Super 7 as a group two years ago and believed that they can share the luck with each other. Their dreams came true and each won RM76,923,” said Big Sweep in a statement.

The other first prize ticket, 5467970, was sold in Ipoh to a man from Johor Baru.
The winner, who bought 12 Super 7 tickets from a ticket seller at a busy eatery in Ipoh after Chinese New Year, said he would share the RM1mil with his family and good friends.

In line with the MCO, the head office of Pan Malaysian Sweeps Sdn Bhd and its area offices would be closed until March 31.
